Artboard 15_EDIT

Ex Testing and Certification is Australia's leading independent Ex Certification Body (ExCB) and Ex Testing Laboratory (ExTL).

Ex Testing and Certification are accepted by the IECEx and ANZEx Schemes for testing and certification of devices/products used in an explosive atmosphere environment. We conduct a wide range of testing to both National and International standards, please see below Testing Services that we provide.

What is an IECEx Test Laboratory?

The IECEx scheme is the International Electrotechnical Commission for Explosive Atmospheres for standards of equipment used in explosive atmospheres. The objective of the IECEx scheme is to facilitate international trade in equipment and services for use in explosive atmospheres.

IECEx scheme requires an assessment process to be successfully completed for a facility to be accepted as an Ex Testing Laboratory (ExTL).

Ex Testing and Certification is approved and has NATA ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation for testing and certification.

The Ex Testing and Certification Engineering team can be leveraged to undertake and develop procedures and test plans to test attest requirements to bespoke contractual requirements or uncommon/obsure standard.

Research testing managing all WHS obligations.

A Customer-driven approach

Ex Testing and Certification pride ourselves on our individualised and personalised client services with a strong focus on attention to detail. Our highly skills team of engineers provide an unmatched level of service for explosion protection standards. Our engineers perform all testing themselves and provide independent detailed reviews, assessments and reports.

If you would like to have your product tested, please email us at info@extesting.com.au and attach the completed and signed Application Form then one of our expert team members will contact you to discuss further.
